SR Creation Process

1. Type in URL: https://itservicedesk.tatamotors.com/

2. Enter login ID and password.

3. Click on Browse to raise Support Request.

4. Select “CRM DMS Application” under “All Categories”.

5. Under “Available Requests” Select area for which support is needed.

6. Click on “Request Now”.

7. Click on the “Edit” button to update the Phone no, Email and Requested For.

8. Select Sub Area, Problem Area & write the problem description.

9. For attaching documents, click on ‘+’ beside “Attachments”.

10. Click on Submit button to register Your Service Request.

11. You will get Service Request number in confirmation message pop-up.

12. Kindly use Service Request number for all communication.
